How this website handles your information.

The website prepares estimate details in your browser. Public online email delivery stays disabled until sending is approved and configured. There are no customer accounts or customer-details submission-history database. Short-lived security counters, duplicate-prevention references and email-provider acceptance IDs help protect sending; they do not contain your form details or photos.

What the estimate form does

  • What you type is held in your browser while the page is open. Continuing does not send or save it. If online delivery is enabled, a separate explicit send action and consent are required to transmit it.
  • When you continue, the site prepares a text message addressed to (941) 914-8328. The message is only sent if you press send in your own messaging app. That message is then handled by your device, your carrier and your messaging service under their own terms.
  • The Copy details button copies the same text to your clipboard on your device. If your browser blocks copying, the text is shown so you can copy it by hand.

Service-area maps

Service-area maps use OpenStreetMap Foundation tiles. When a map loads, your browser connects to that provider, which receives network information such as your IP address and referring website. Estimate fields and customer photos are not included in map requests. See the map provider’s privacy policy. The city directory and a simplified locator remain available if the live map cannot load.

Photos

Choosing photos keeps them on your device until you explicitly send an online request, if that option is enabled. Continuing to the prepared-details screen does not upload them. Manual SMS never attaches photos automatically; attach them yourself in your messaging app.

Online requests, when enabled

With your consent, the server validates your details and processes up to three photos in memory. Supported images are resized and re-encoded to remove metadata, including location data, before being attached to a message sent through Resend to Elefanti's verified receiving inbox. Files are not written to disk, stored in a photo database, or exposed through public links. Input buffers are cleared after processing; no permanent website record is created.

The email provider and receiving inbox process and may retain the message and attachments under their own policies. Elefanti's inbox retention period has not yet been published. Please share only kitchen/service photos you have permission to provide, not sensitive personal documents or images of people. Email-provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery, scheduling, or emergency dispatch.

For abuse protection, temporary rate-limit counters use connection IP addresses and short-lived signed form tokens. These expire automatically; they are not a customer database. Server logs record request metadata and anonymous request references, not form contents or photos.

Tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising pixels and does not create customer accounts. Fonts are served by this website. Hosting and delivery infrastructure can process request metadata for operation and security; this page does not promise that infrastructure never uses cookies or keeps technical logs.

Calling and texting

If you call or text (941) 914-8328, Elefanti Inc. receives the number and information you choose to share. How long such messages are kept has not yet been published here.
